Celebrate Your Day

Hello Everyone,
Well I have been missing the last month, as I've had major computer issues. But now I am back with a card featuring Avery Elle stamps for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge with the theme Anything goes, who doesn't love the anything goes theme.......
I started with a circle stencil and distress ink, but only inking about 3/4 of the way up. Then stamped the frilled banner in versafine onyx black and the lanterns in ranger dye ink classic cherry and each has a dose of clear wink of stella brush, I stamped extra circles from the stamp set in oranges and yellows, and the little star bursts in gold ink and clear heat embossed them to match the gold matting for the card. The sentiment is from the same set stamped in versafine onyx black ink.
I had a lot of fun creating this card and I hope you enjoy it to

I would like to enter my card in the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Anything Goes

You bring out the best in me!

Hello Everyone,
Today I have a card for you using my new MFT products, I recently placed my first order with My Favorite Things and they are fabulous!!! Great quality clear and rubber stamps and dies.
I am playing along with the current MFT Sketch Challenge, I started by die cutting my fishtail shape out of a piece of white cardstock and using the negative space, then stamped the gorgeous MFT gingham background stamp in soft pink ink. I stamped the little dog and from the BB You Have my Heart Stamp & Die set, and coloured him with copics. I cut another piece of white cardstock for the insert and sponged a little distress ink in peacock feathers and evergreen bough, using the sentiment and the little elements of paws and bones I stamped these in versafine onyx black ink and used clear embossing powder and heat set. I had a lot of fun creating this card, I hope you like it too.
Have a great crafty day!

Pretty Pastels

Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all well and happy, and have had some time to craft today.
Today I have made a card using Power Poppy Digital Stamps - Geraniums

I have coloured the image with prisma premier pencils for a softer look, I am really happy with the way it turned out. I used a MFT scallops stencil and distress ink in spun sugar, I also used shabby shutters distress ink around the image and the little scallop borders top and bottom, which are die cut from Lawn Fawn stitched scallop borders. The sentiment is from Hero Arts stamped in MFT Jelly Bean Hybrid ink. I added a few little sequins to finish off.

I would like to enter my card into the April Pop of Pastel Challenge
Power Poppy Challenges run for the full month so you have plenty of time to enter your pastel creations, Power Poppy have gorgeous digital stamps and stunning photo polymer clear stamps sets. I adore these beautiful flowers stamps.

Dog Gone

Hi Everyone,
I have been missing in action the past few weeks, I have been moving house, so huge! I haven't even been thinking about creating until I had everything organized. I am getting back on track now YAY! and have a card to show you today for the
SSS is really celebrating as this week the Wednesday challenge blog is turning 6 years old!!! and they would like us to use SSS exclusive products.
I got out this super cute stamp and die set called You are Pawesome and coloured him up with my warm grey prisma premier pencils ( just for a change from copic markers ) I am really happy with the way he turned out. I used SSS Stitched Rectangles to cut a white piece of cardstock, masked the edge with micropore tape and used the crafters workshop stencil and festive berries and fired brick distress ink to sponge the background. I cut the balloons from the SSS Celebrate dies and the Happy Birthday is from the SSS Birthday Messages which I stamped with versamark ink and used white embossing powder, and heat set, added some little sparkly silver pen for the dots and strings. The little border is from Lawn Fawn Stitched hillside borders, I just wanted to have some ground for the dog to sit on.
I stamped the dog again in grey ink on the inside, and added another sentiment from
Birthday Messages.

Well that's all from me, jump over to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog for the Happy Birthday Challenge, they have some fantastic store vouchers to be won.

Easter Bunny!

Hello Everyone,

Well I actually got a card finished today, YAY, I have been very disorganized lately, but determined to get back on track. About 2 weeks ago I placed my first order directly with Lawn Fawn, and just wanted to say the service is outstanding!!! it was shipped quickly, it arrived quickly and included some gifts and a thank you note, Well done Lawn Fawn.

Ok, I do have a card to show you today
For my card I have used the gorgeous new Eggstra Special Easter from Lawn Fawn this stamp & die set is so much fun! and I teamed it up with the Lets Polka petite paper pad, I coloured the images with copic markers and used distress ink tumbled glass and faded jeans for the background, then cut the Lawn Fawn grass border and stamped the sentiment in memento rich cocoa and 2 doodlebug sprinkles from the spring assortment to finish off. The spotty egg is paper from the snow day paper pad, just die cut and inked the edges.
This is the inside. I have made this card for my Daughter for Easter.
These are the copic markers I used.

It's Raining Cupcakes!

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all having a good crafty week, today I have a card for the
Lawnscaping Challenge #100 Birthday Celebration and the DT are really partying with invited guests, so check it out!

So I thought my card fitted both of these great challenges. I started with copic blending card for my base, as I wanted to create my own background with these cute cupcakes from Lawn Fawn Birthday Tags, all coloured with copic's and the icing has clear Wink of Stella glitter pen. The fishtail dotted tag is from Avery Elle and sponged with distress ink after I masked off the edges with micro pore tape. I stamped and coloured the little bird, then die cut it with the coordinating die and cut out three balloons all from the Hello Sunshine stamp & dies from Lawn Fawn. I coloured the balloons with copics and added wink of stella to those as well, I have hand drawn the balloon strings and stamped the wire for the bird to sit on. The piece of patterned paper is from my stash, The sentiments are also from birthday tags and stamped with versafine onyx black ink. I added some little sprinkles from doodlebug, these are gorgeous!
Here is the inside of my card, just to tie in with the front, I also added a piece of white card stock to the other inside piece as the colouring did bleed through from the front.
These are the copic markers I used
Now I had a blast making this card and you still have heaps of time to enter both these great challenges.

Thanks so much for visiting me today.
