Skin - E0000, E000, E00 and R01 for her cheeks
Blues - B02, B000, B0000
Pinks - R81 and R0000 I used the tip to tip method here to get a little extra shading
Yellows - Y19, Y11 and Y00

All the colours I used were mostly in the low numbers to get the pastel look.
The gorgeous DP is from Nitwit Collections called Bonnets & Bowties and is also digital.

Here is a close up of the little sweetie!

Vintage Reminder

Hi Everyone!
Oh WOW it's been a long time since I have been able to make a card or post anything, as I have been moving and then I had to change my internet service and it took them a week and a half to do it, can you believe it !!!
Ok I will stop rambling because I would like to let you all know that you still have a little over a week to enter
We would love to see your Vintage creations, and here is what I came up with,

For me it had to be Tilda, and I coloured her in sepia tones with copics and pencils
E47, E44, E42, E41, E40 Dark Brown
E31, E30 Burnt Ochre
The DP is from Becs Store and I used a background stamp to make it look like vintage wallpaper.
The lace , flowers , buttons are all from my stash.
A little peek at the inside

and a close up of Tilda.

So I hope you can join in the fun at Bizzy Becs May Challenge, there is a great Cheery Lynn Designs Die for the winner.

I am so glad to be getting back to normal, and hope to catch up with you all very soon.

April Challenge at Bizzy Becs , Texture!

Hi Everyone,
So sorry I didn't have this posted this morning for you , but the time just got away from me this week, it must be the last minute Easter rush lol.
But now on to the exciting part , we have a brand new challenge starting today at Bizzy Becs store blog, and the challenge is TEXTURE so we are asking you to use some type of material , eg fabric, hessian , felt , lace , ribbon, doily's etc, the theme this month was chosen by our very own DT girl Sally!
This card is for my Daughters birthday and of course she is turning Sweet 16 ! The beautiful lace behind the image is from my Mum's stash , it's so , so pretty irl, and I have edged it with more off white lace , very vintage I think, I used Unwrapped Tilda which is actually from a Christmas collection, but I thought she suits any day that presents come . lol.
The gorgeous flowers are from Bizzy Becs and WOC. I have sponged the edges of the sweetheart blossoms with Memento desert sand ink to match my colour scheme, this pic also gives you a closer look at the SB Fleur De Lis square die I used behind the image , I thought I would give it a textured look too so I sponged it with three different colours of Kaisercraft paint, Violet , Egg Shell and Coastal Blue, I just used one of those cheap kitchen sponges , I cut a little square for each colour , wet them just a touch , then dab them in the paint and then off on scrap paper , and then on to the cut out die, it's an easy technique but very effective. Just make sure you only have a little of the paint on your sponge , otherwise it gets a bit blobby lol.
Here is a close up of Tilda, I sponged around the edge with more desert sand ink and added the scroll stamp for the corners .

Copic's and Prisma pencils used

Clothes , Socks and Present - B60, B63, B66 Violet
Skin - E0000, E000, E00 Henna
Hair - E57, E55, E53, E50
Present - E44, E42, E41, E40

The DP is Kaisercraft Tea at Elsie's paper pad , sponged with Walnut Stain Distress ink
Dies - SB Labels three, SB Fleur De Lis square, SB Small standard circles and scallops , Nellies Multi flower and Marianne Leaves.

So go and grab all your supplies at Bizzy Becs Online Store and jump into our April Challenge!
We have a stunning Cheery Lynn Designs Die for the lucky winner  Woo Hoo !!!

Thanks so much for visiting me today,
I would like to wish all my lovely followers a very
Happy and Safe Easter break, I hope the Easter bunny brings you all lots of Chocolates!

One for the Boys

Hi Everyone,
So sorry I have been a little quiet lately, but I am back today with a boy's card.
Now I would like to enter this in the Lili's Little Fairies Challenge of Anything goes and if you know me I normally would avoid a boys card at all costs lol. So this was my little challenge to myself.
I have had this super cute LOTV image for a while now and he hadn't seen any ink so I just had to give it a go!
It's not that I don't like boys, it's just that I find the girly card so much easier, but I'm very happy with the way this card turned out.
This little guy is called Astronaut and you can find him HERE along with all the other gorgeous LOTV stamps. The image coloured with copic markers and prisma pencils and  is cut out with SB labels three.
The DP is from Nitwits Spaced Out Collection, and the ribbon is from my stash. Can you see the little stars ? they are chipboard and I painted them and then while the paint was still wet I sprinkled some white hologram embossing powder over them and used my heat gun to melt it. They don't seem to look much in the photo , but irl they are really sparkly and pretty.
Here is the inside designed to match the front. All the sentiments and the little stars are from Gina K Designs stamp sets.

Copic's and Prisma pencils used
Blues - B21, B24, B29 True Blue
Reds - R12, R14, R24, Crimson Red
Hair - E55, E31 Sienna Brown
Skin - E0000, E000, E00 R20 Henna
